FENDT Forum is a public platform for academic communication on Non-destructive Testing.

FENDT Forum, a public platform for academic communication on non-destruction testing, is set up by a group of volunteers.

The annual conference is top priority of FENDT Forum, generally scheduled between May and July.

China’s big cities are given priority to be selected as the conference venues. The following qualifications are required:

 1.Local institutions willing to organize the conference (generally consist of local universities, institutions of special equipment inspection, academies and associations, research institutes and enterprises);

2. Hotels and showrooms available for large conferences and exhibitions;

3.Convenient public transportation.

The conference venue will be confirmed eventually through recommendation, examination and evaluation.

The publicity and registration of FENDT Forum is available via FENDT website. ( http://www.fendti.com/)

Volunteers responsible for FENDT Forum affairs come from institutions of special equipment inspection, universities, academies and associations, research institutes and enterprises from all over the country.

All the volunteers do not get paid.

All the revenues of FENDT Forum are used for operation, maintenance, construction and development of FENDT Forum. Not a single soul or institution gains profit or dividend from FENDT Forum.

The organizers，Co-organizers and Supporting organizers of FENDT Forum

Organizers are usually universities, institutions of special equipment inspection, academies and associations, research institutes and famous enterprises located in the city where FENDT Forum is currently held.

Responsibilities and obligations (including but not limited):

To contact with local administrations and agencies to apply for approval for holding the conference;

To mobilize local non-destructive testing institutions and personnel to attend the conference;

To organize special academic sessions and  provide student volunteers during the conference in the city where FENDT is currently held;

To jointly prepare ,organize and chair the conference with co-organizers.

Co-organizers are usually famous Institutions of special equipment inspection, universities, Research Institutes, academies and associations, famous enterprises which enthusiastically support construction of FENDT Forum and persistently participate in FENDT Forum affairs and activities.

To choose time and place of the conference;

To contact with academic institutions at home and abroad;

To invite the chairman of the conference, famous experts & scholars at home and abroad;

To organize the academic reports, review and award for submitted papers; To mobilize relevant personnel to attend the conference;

To invite exhibitors;

To draft documents.

To jointly prepare ,organize and chair the conference with the organizers.

Supporting organizers are generally leading bodies, administration institutions, social organizations, famous enterprises willing to support academic events of FENDT Forum.
